Your Soul Transformation Retreat will help you to awaken to your true self, ready to love more fully and to be happier than you've ever been before.
To experience the joy, magic and peace that comes with love you need to let go and experience what it feels like to just "be." I will help you learn the way to do that.
But first, we will discover:
• What you need to stop being stressed out.
• What you need to find that peaceful place within you.
• What you need to get back to who you were meant to be, before stress and obligations took you in another direction.
During our 3 days together, you will be guided into the deepest recesses of your heart to discover the path back to the real you.
Together, we will discover:
• What has been keeping you from the happiness you deserve?
• How did the stress of obligations take over your life?
• How can you experience the love you ache to feel?
• What is required for you to finally let go of limiting beliefs?
• What is holding you back and keeping you from enjoying your life?

Your Soul Transformation Retreat will be designed for you and your individual needs, and will gently, safely take you from where you are today to where you know, deep in your heart, you want to be.

Each retreat will begin on Friday morning and close on Sunday evening. The hotels have not yet been selected but you may hold a space with a $50 refundable deposit.
Follow-Up After Your Retreat
After the retreat your group will continue to work together for another 2 months.
Your group will "meet" for a one-hour phone session each week. We will address issues that arise as you strengthen your spirit and develop your capacity to love.
I am dedicated to your successful transformation and will assist you in every way I can.
I am accepting applications for Santa Barbara and Kauai Retreats. I offer a limited number of retreats throughout the year.
